Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Fratelli Platform Inc. is committed to making the Fratelli platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our marketing site, web application, and the customer portals our customers publish.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML, labeled form controls, and ARIA attributes where native semantics are insufficient.
- Full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and logical tab order.
- Color contrast meeting AA ratios, with information never conveyed by color alone.
- Support for browser zoom to 200% and reduced-motion preferences.
- Right-to-left language support (including Arabic) and localization.
- Accessibility checks in our design and code-review process.
Known Limitations
Some complex interfaces — such as the drag-and-drop website builder, charts in analytics, and PDF documents generated from templates — may not yet be fully accessible. We provide data tables and export alternatives for charts, and we are working to improve the builder's keyboard and screen-reader experience.
Customer Portals and Storefronts
Businesses publishing sites through Fratelli are responsible for the accessibility of the content they add (text, images, alt text). Our templates are built to meet AA criteria out of the box, and the editor prompts for alternative text on images.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us so we can fix it: support@fratelli-app.com with the subject "Accessibility". Please describe the page, the problem, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to provide the information or function you need through an alternative means in the meantime.
